- "Competitors" refers to other online platforms or travel agencies offering cruise bookings online in the United Kingdom.
- "Net prices" refers to prices offered by competitors which may not include taxes, fees, or other charges, and are not transparently displayed to customers.
Scope
- The Price Assurance applies to all cruise ticket bookings made through Supercruises.com.
- This Price Assurance is applicable only to identical cruise itineraries, including the same cruise line, ship, sailing date, cabin category, and inclusions, as well as flight details, if applicable but does not apply on packaged holidays where an unknown to Supercruises.com net markup price has been used to create the package.
Price Match Guarantee
- Supercruises.com guarantees to match the final quoted price (inclusive of all fees and taxes) of any identical cruise booking found at a lower price on a Competitor's website.
- Claims are applicable only if submitted within 24 hours of making the booking on Supercruises.com.
- The lower price must be in Pounds Sterling and must be available in the UK market.
- The cruise must be available to book at the time Supercruises.com evaluates and presents the price.
Exclusions
- The Price Assurance does not apply to net prices offered by Competitors, as they may not include all applicable fees and taxes, thereby resulting in an inaccurate comparison.
- It does not apply to bookings made over 24 hours ago, chartered sailings, private groups, or exclusive rate setups.
- The Price Assurance does not apply to prices offered through loyalty programs, membership discounts, or other restricted offers not available to the general public.
- The lower price must not be an advertised price but a final quoted price from a Competitor.
Claim Procedure
- To make a Price Assurance claim, customers must submit a claim form available on Supercruises.com, providing all necessary details and evidence of the lower price found on a Competitor's website.
- Claims must be submitted within 24 hours of booking on Supercruises.com
- Evidence must include a valid ABTA number from a travel agent or cruise line confirming the lower price.
- Supercruises.com reserves the right to verify the lower price and its availability on the Competitor's website before processing the claim.
Price Adjustment
- Upon verification of a valid Price Assurance claim, Supercruises.com will adjust the booking to match the lower price found on the Competitor's website.
- The price adjustment will be applied as a refund or credit for onboard consumption or towards future purchases on the original payment method used for the booking.
Modification of Terms
- Supercruises.com reserves the right to modify or terminate the Price Assurance terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
- Amendments to the Price Assurance terms will not affect claims submitted prior to the effective date of such changes.
Governing Law
- These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
- Any disputes arising out of or in connection with the Price Assurance shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the United Kingdom.
- By booking through Supercruises.com, customers agree to abide by these Price Assurance terms and conditions. Supercruises.com reserves the right to refuse a Price Assurance claim if the terms and conditions are not met or if fraudulent activity is suspected.
