Your Loyalty (Past Passenger) number can be entered during the booking process in the respective field shown below the number of passengers. However, most of the cruise lines require that they manually enter Past Passenger numbers from their end, therefore it is your responsibility to contact them directly after your booking has been confirmed to inform them.
Some cruise lines offer a limited number of larger cabins on certain ships. They have come up with creative configurations and amenities to accommodate all kinds of groups (family or friends). Generally, the newer the ship, the more likely you are going to find larger suites to accommodate whoever's coming along. Please note though that at this stage Supercruises.com does not support group bookings (multiple cabins in one booking). If you wish to book more than one rooms you can do so in separate bookings.
Our platform does not support this functionality at this stage. If you wish to book more than one rooms you can do so in separate bookings.
While booking your dream cruise, our system will automatically display the correct pricing, including all applicable discounts, based on the passenger's date of birth and the cruise line's Terms and Conditions.
Of course you can! Due to cruise line procedures regarding accessibility, medical & special needs, we highly recommend that you contact our Customer Service Department prior to your online booking. Our Team will provide guidance on the next steps and then you will be able to book it online. During the booking process, you have the option to choose your stateroom from the deck plans of the ship. If you select an accessible cabin, the cruise line will need to register this; thus you will be receiving a questionnaire to be filled by you and must send it back as soon as possible. If you have any other medical or dietary requirements, after your booking is complete, please contact the cruise line. You will also find a lot of information about accessible cruising per cruise line in our guides. Remember, when you pre-arrange your special requirements, you are ensuring a smooth cruise for you to enjoy.
Many cruise companies offer a discounted rate for cabins booked on a ‘Guarantee’ basis. This means that the cruise line will allocate your cabin number either close to the date of the sailing or on the day itself. You will be guaranteed a minimum standard of cabin (indicated by the cabin grade), but you will not have any further say in your cabin allocation. We are not able to accept any special requests regarding the position of the cabin, cabin facilities or bed configuration. If you are travelling with others, there is no guarantee that cabins will be located close together or will be of the same grade.
Insurance is not included in the cruise price. For most suppliers it is mandatory that you take out travel insurance as a condition of booking with them. You can find more information in their Terms & Conditions. In any event, we strongly advise that you take out a policy of insurance in order to cover you and your party against the cost of cancellation by you; the cost of assistance (including repatriation) in the event of accident or illness; loss of baggage and money; and other expenses. Please check the travel insurance link on our website for our preferred travel insurance package with Just Insurance Agents Ltd., an ABTA member who specialises in cruise travel insurance, but you always have the option to opt for your own insurance provider. Make sure that they offer a cruise specific insurance policy, which is vital, as regular travel insurance does not fully cover you for a cruise.
Depending on the cruise line or sailing, you might notice that gratuities have automatically been added to your cruise package. If this happens it is only because it is mandated by the cruise line and is added automatically in our system. Otherwise, gratuities will either be included in your cruise fare or you can pre-pay them at a later stage or pay them at the end of your cruise. Extra tip: When not included, there is an added benefit in prepaying gratuities during your online check-in. You are ensuring that you are paying them in your own currency (no conversion rates, where applicable) & you will not have to think about them during your cruise. Stress free!
You can pay for your cruise using a credit or debit card (Visa, MasterCard) or via wire transfer. Supercruises.com does not charge extra fees for the use of credit/debit card.
You definitely can. Depending on the cruise line, the deposit may be a flat rate or a percentage of the total cost of your cruise. While booking with Supercruises.com the required deposit will be automatically calculated and displayed for you to decide whether you wish to proceed with the deposit or full amount payment. After you have placed your deposit to secure your booking, you will be asked to pay the remaining balance of your fare at the final payment due date.
You should expect final payment to be due between 70-195 days prior sailing depending on the cruise and the operator (please refer to the operator's Terms & Condition). Your e-mail confirmation will indicate the actual final payment date for your trip. We will send you a reminder prior to the final payment date. Please note that Supercruises.com Terms & Conditions supersede those of the cruise lines'.
You can easily pay your due balance through the Manage My Booking section, any time before the due date indicated on your confirmation email.
If for any reason your payment failed, you can make one more attempt in the 'Manage my Booking' section.

On the other hand, the Booking Number is your direct reference with the cruise line and you will receive it in your confirmation email.
For example, if you want to complete your online check-in with the cruise line, you will need to use the Booking Reference. If you want to contact us directly for any reason, you can give us either the Supercruises Reference Code or the Booking Number.
The final documents will be sent to you via mail or email approximately between 70-21 days, at the latest, prior to departure. The exact time depends on the cruise line & the sailing. Please note that cruise tickets will not be released by the cruise line until after each guest has completed the pre-cruise registration/online check-in. Online check-in can generally be completed on the cruise line website, after final payment is made.
Generally middle names are not required, however cruise lines may at times ask for such details. We will contact you if there is need for that. Nevertheless, if you wish, you can provide this information beforehand for our records.
You can request at any time the change of your email address by contacting us either via the contact form or by sending an email to: email@example.com
At this stage our platform does not support online amendments. However for minor input errors on your personal data, please inform our Customer Service team as soon as possible at: firstname.lastname@example.org Please note that proof of identification will be requested at embarkation and if there is any false information (including age at embarkation) this could result in extra monetary penalties for you from the cruise line or they can deny you boarding.
At this stage our platform supports only cancellations through Supercruises.com
You can cancel your booking at any time without Supercruises.com imposing cancellation administration fees. However, you may or may not be entitled to a refund depending on when you cancel and whether or not you purchased travel insurance. Cruise line cancellation fees timelines vary (please refer to the operator's Terms & Conditions - click here for more details). We highly recommend the purchase of appropriate insurance that offers cover for cancellation should you be unable to travel. To cancel your booking you can either access the Manage My Booking section of our website, or send us your request in writing, via email, to email@example.com which we will forward to the cruise line. In return they will notify whether a fee is applicable.
You may or may not be entitled to a refund depending on when you cancel your cruise. Any refunds will be made by the same method of payment you used at the time you made the booking.
The booking is only the first step in bringing you closer to your dream cruise. The check-in process is mandatory and is your final confirmation to the cruise line and the most fun part; you get to personalize your dream cruise! We recommend you complete the online check-in as soon as it is available. If you have booked a fly-cruise package you might have a separate check-in process with the airline.
No, this is not possible. Online check-in is only possible with the Cruise Line Booking Number. Usually online check-in is available to you once your booking is confirmed or will be open to you after the full payment has been made. This depends on the cruise line. We will send you the relevant instructions & information within 5 days of your booking. We highly recommend that you complete your online check-in as soon as it is available since the cruise lines will need you to provide them information well in advance to ensure all your needs are met. If you have booked a fly-cruise package you might have a separate check-in process with the airline.
All extra options and features, are selected during the online check-in directly with the cruise line. Once you have succesfully booked your cruise with Supercruises.com we will be sending you all the necessary information in order for you to check-in and enrich your dream cruise. Dietary preferences and special occasions requests should be communicated to the cruise line once you have booked your cruise so they can make the necessary arrangements.
Shore excursions can be pre-booked during the online check-in process or onboard. They tend to sell out very quickly though so we suggest that you pre-book them online so you don't miss all the fun! Make sure you look into them in a timely manner in order to have a wide range to select from.
Different Terms & Conditions apply for each cruise line. Please refer to the operator's Terms & Conditions listed.
All cruise lines require that at least one person in each cabin meets a minimum age requirement. Virtually all cruise lines require guests to be at least 18 and in some cases 21 years old to sail without adult supervision. However this is a generic rule. In their Terms & Conditions you will find which restrictions and conditions apply to the respective cruise line.
In the event that a child is travelling without their custodial parent/legal guardian, the cruise lines need to ensure that the child's custodial parent/legal guardian has authorised the responsible adult to take their child on holiday. This applies even when the responsible adult is a member of the child's extended family (i.e. Grandparents, Aunts, Uncles etc.).Additionally, when a child does not share the same surname as their custodial parent/legal guardian, the cruise lines require that the custodial parent/legal guardian produces legal documented evidence that the child is in their primary care; this includes, but is not limited to: birth, marriage, divorce, adoption certificates as appropriate.
These measures are in place to protect children and to ensure no child is taken on board vessel without the knowledge and consent of their custodial parent/legal guardian. Please refer to the operator's Terms & Conditions.
As a general rule no special fares apply for children, they usually refer to 3rd and 4th guest per stateroom. However different Terms & Conditions apply for each cruise line. Please refer to the operator's Terms & Conditions.
Because the contract for your travel arrangements is between you and the relevant cruise line, any complaint relating to the travel arrangements should be addressed to them. You will see the supplier’s name and address plus contact details in the confirmation documents we send you. Should you wish us to assist you , you can contact our Customer Service department via email at firstname.lastname@example.org.
As an alternative to legal measures, you can also contact the online dispute resolution portal of the European Union. The goal of this platform is to provide a cost-effective alternative means of dispute resolution outside of the legal system.
