Your Loyalty (Past Passenger) number can be entered during the booking process in the respective field shown below the number of passengers. However, most of the cruise lines require that they manually enter Past Passenger numbers from their end, therefore it is your responsibility to contact them directly after your booking has been confirmed to inform them.
Some cruise lines offer a limited number of larger cabins on certain ships. They have come up with creative configurations and amenities to accommodate all kinds of groups (family or friends). Generally, the newer the ship, the more likely you are going to find larger suites to accommodate whoever's coming along. Please note though that at this stage Supercruises.com does not support group bookings (multiple cabins in one booking). If you wish to book more than one rooms you can do so in separate bookings.
Our platform does not support this functionality at this stage. If you wish to book more than one rooms you can do so in separate bookings.
While booking your dream cruise, our system will automatically display the correct pricing, including all applicable discounts, based on the passenger's date of birth and the cruise line's Terms and Conditions.
Of course you can! Due to cruise line procedures regarding accessibility, medical & special needs, we highly recommend that you contact our Customer Service Department prior to your online booking. Our Team will provide guidance on the next steps and then you will be able to book it online. During the booking process, you have the option to choose your stateroom from the deck plans of the ship. If you select an accessible cabin, the cruise line will need to register this; thus you will be receiving a questionnaire to be filled by you and must send it back as soon as possible. If you have any other medical or dietary requirements, after your booking is complete, please contact the cruise line. You will also find a lot of information about accessible cruising per cruise line in our guides. Remember, when you pre-arrange your special requirements, you are ensuring a smooth cruise for you to enjoy.
Many cruise companies offer a discounted rate for cabins booked on a ‘Guarantee’ basis. This means that the cruise line will allocate your cabin number either close to the date of the sailing or on the day itself. You will be guaranteed a minimum standard of cabin (indicated by the cabin grade), but you will not have any further say in your cabin allocation. We are not able to accept any special requests regarding the position of the cabin, cabin facilities or bed configuration. If you are travelling with others, there is no guarantee that cabins will be located close together or will be of the same grade.
Insurance is not included in the cruise price. For most suppliers it is mandatory that you take out travel insurance as a condition of booking with them. You can find more information in their Terms & Conditions. In any event, we strongly advise that you take out a policy of insurance in order to cover you and your party against the cost of cancellation by you; the cost of assistance (including repatriation) in the event of accident or illness; loss of baggage and money; and other expenses. Please check the travel insurance link on our website for our preferred travel insurance package with Just Insurance Agents Ltd., an ABTA member who specialises in cruise travel insurance, but you always have the option to opt for your own insurance provider. Make sure that they offer a cruise specific insurance policy, which is vital, as regular travel insurance does not fully cover you for a cruise.
Depending on the cruise line or sailing, you might notice that gratuities have automatically been added to your cruise package. If this happens it is only because it is mandated by the cruise line and is added automatically in our system. Otherwise, gratuities will either be included in your cruise fare or you can pre-pay them at a later stage or pay them at the end of your cruise. Extra tip: When not included, there is an added benefit in prepaying gratuities during your online check-in. You are ensuring that you are paying them in your own currency (no conversion rates, where applicable) & you will not have to think about them during your cruise. Stress free!

The final documents will be sent to you via mail or email approximately between 70-21 days, at the latest, prior to departure. The exact time depends on the cruise line & the sailing. However, you may or may not be entitled to a refund depending on when you cancel and whether or not you purchased travel insurance. In return they will notify whether a fee is applicable.

The booking is only the first step in bringing you closer to your dream cruise. The check-in process is mandatory and is your final confirmation to the cruise line and the most fun part; you get to personalize your dream cruise! We recommend you complete the online check-in as soon as it is available. If you have booked a fly-cruise package you might have a separate check-in process with the airline.
No, this is not possible. Online check-in is only possible with the Cruise Line Booking Number. Usually online check-in is available to you once your booking is confirmed or will be open to you after the full payment has been made. This depends on the cruise line. We will send you the relevant instructions & information within 5 days of your booking. We highly recommend that you complete your online check-in as soon as it is available since the cruise lines will need you to provide them information well in advance to ensure all your needs are met. If you have booked a fly-cruise package you might have a separate check-in process with the airline.
All extra options and features, are selected during the online check-in directly with the cruise line. Once you have succesfully booked your cruise with Supercruises.com we will be sending you all the necessary information in order for you to check-in and enrich your dream cruise. Dietary preferences and special occasions requests should be communicated to the cruise line once you have booked your cruise so they can make the necessary arrangements.
Shore excursions can be pre-booked during the online check-in process or onboard. They tend to sell out very quickly though so we suggest that you pre-book them online so you don't miss all the fun! Make sure you look into them in a timely manner in order to have a wide range to select from.
Different Terms & Conditions apply for each cruise line. Please refer to the operator's Terms & Conditions listed.
All cruise lines require that at least one person in each cabin meets a minimum age requirement. Virtually all cruise lines require guests to be at least 18 and in some cases 21 years old to sail without adult supervision. However this is a generic rule. In their Terms & Conditions you will find which restrictions and conditions apply to the respective cruise line.
In the event that a child is travelling without their custodial parent/legal guardian, the cruise lines need to ensure that the child's custodial parent/legal guardian has authorised the responsible adult to take their child on holiday. This applies even when the responsible adult is a member of the child's extended family (i.e. Grandparents, Aunts, Uncles etc.).
Additionally, when a child does not share the same surname as their custodial parent/legal guardian, the cruise lines require that the custodial parent/legal guardian produces legal documented evidence that the child is in their primary care; this includes, but is not limited to: birth, marriage, divorce, adoption certificates as appropriate. These measures are in place to protect children and to ensure no child is taken on board vessel without the knowledge and consent of their custodial parent/legal guardian. Please refer to the operator's Terms & Conditions.
As a general rule no special fares apply for children, they usually refer to 3rd and 4th guest per stateroom. However different Terms & Conditions apply for each cruise line. Please refer to the operator's Terms & Conditions.
Because the contract for your travel arrangements is between you and the relevant cruise line, any complaint relating to the travel arrangements should be addressed to them. You will see the supplier’s name and address plus contact details in the confirmation documents we send you. Should you wish us to assist you , you can contact our Customer Service department via email at customerservice@supercruises.com.
As an alternative to legal measures, you can also contact the online dispute resolution portal of the European Union. The goal of this platform is to provide a cost-effective alternative means of dispute resolution outside of the legal system.
