How does it work?
Picture this: you've found your dream cruise with us, and you're ready to set sail. But hold on a sec – did you just stumble upon a lower price for the same cruise elsewhere? Fear not! Here's where our Price Assurance kicks in. Simply give us a shout customerservice@supercruises.com and let us know where you spotted that bargain, see all the required details here. We'll roll up our sleeves, do some digging, and if everything checks out, we'll match that price, pound for pound!

What is required?
Please email us customerservice@supercruises.com and include:
- Full name
- Competitor's name
- Competitor's ABTA number
- Link to the competitor's cruise
- Attached quote
Quote must include cruise line, ship, departure date, duration, cabin category grade, fare type (promotion), number of guests, date of quote, and quoted price. If it is a fly-cruise package as provided by the cruise line acting as the Tour Operator, your quote must include the departure airport. If your booked flights are premium cabin flights, your quote must also include this (airline cabin grade). If the match request is for premium air, the quote must stipulate this.
