Cancellation Policies
There may come a time when life would come between you and your dream cruise, and you would need to cancel it. Although we really hope you never have to do so, you can cancel your booking at any time without Supercruises.com imposing cancellation administration fees. However, each cruise line has its own cancellation policies and fees and depending on when you are cancelling and whether or not you have a full cruise insurance plan, you may or may not be entitled to a refund.
Insurance claims for refunds will need to be submitted to the appropriate insurer.
As a general rule, the loss of your deposit is the minimum fee when you cancel your cruise holiday. However, depending on when you are cancelling, you might have to pay an additional cancellation fee to the cruise line.
In cases where you have purchased a specially priced promotion that is 100% Non-Refundable from the point of payment, you are not entitled to any refund, compensation or credit whatsoever if you cancel your booking.
Below we have listed the timeframes for each cruise line but always keep in mind that they are listed here simply as a guide; when sending a cancellation request to Supercruises.com you will need to calculate 5 business days in addition to the below. Your notice of cancellation will only take effect when it is received by the cruise line.
